What gets built

Everything a school year throws at you, in one system

Everything runs on Google, iPhone and an AI subscription you own. No new app to learn.

Family calendar

One color per kid, on both parents’ phones. School calendars filtered so only your kids’ grades show up.

School holiday calendar

Your district’s holidays, early releases and breaks loaded for the year, with a two-week heads-up to plan childcare.

Homework + due dates

Tests, projects and forms pulled from teacher and school emails into one weekly list per kid.

After-school activities

Practices, lessons, games and carpool turns on the calendar, with schedule-change emails caught automatically.

School email sorting

Every school and activity email labeled. Dates, deadlines and asks land in a short morning summary.

Sunday summary

One text Sunday evening: who’s where, what’s due, what’s for dinner, and what’s coming up.

Meals + family lists

A weekly meal plan around practice nights, a grocery list by aisle, and shared to-do lists for each parent.

Monthly Reset

Comes back on the 1st: check school portals, sign up for next season, buy birthday gifts, change the AC filter.

Who it’s for

Built for families whose week doesn’t fit on a fridge calendar

Two working parents

Nobody owns the schedule, so things slip through the cracks between you.

The default parent

One of you carries it all in your head. Let the system carry it instead.

Three activities, three kids

Practices, lessons and games on different days, with carpools to match.

Two households

Custody weeks entered through the school year and shared only if both parents agree.

How a setup runs

About two weeks from intake form to a quiet Sunday

  1. Intake form (10 minutes). Kids, schools, activities, Google or iPhone, food rules, and what drives you crazy.
  2. Intake call (90 minutes). Screen share. You stay logged in the whole time. We map a normal week out loud together.
  3. The build. Calendars, school holidays, email filters, homework tracking, lists and your Sunday summary.
  4. Handoff call (45 minutes). We walk through it on your phone and leave a one-page cheat sheet.
  5. Two-week check-in. A quick text to fix anything that’s off once real life hits it.
  6. Access removed. We remove our access and confirm it in writing. Everything stays yours.
